Whether you need a different color or a different fit, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Bands

  Place the watch bands in their original packaging and secure them in a padded mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
